These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the E. Cuadros Artist website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About E. Cuadros Artist
E. Cuadros Artist sells original artwork, fine art prints and other art products, and offers bespoke artwork, illustration, mural and hand-painted jacket commissions.

2. Original Artworks
All original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created by E. Cuadros unless otherwise stated.
Every effort is made to photograph and represent artwork accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Dimensions, materials, framing and hanging information are stated on the individual product page.
Where indicated, original artworks are supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Frames shown in photographs or lifestyle images are not included unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
3. Fine Art Prints
Prints are reproductions of original E. Cuadros artworks and are clearly identified as prints within their product listings.
Prints may be produced and fulfilled by a specialist third-party print and fulfilment partner. As a result, prints may be dispatched separately from original artwork or other products ordered at the same time.
Minor variations in colour, positioning and finish may occur as a natural result of the printing process and differences between screen and printed colour.
Print dimensions, paper, finish and edition information, where applicable, are specified on each product page.
4. Bespoke Commissions & Personalised Work
Bespoke commissions may include original paintings, illustrations, murals, personalised artwork and hand-painted leather jackets.
The scope, size, medium, price, estimated completion time and any deposit required will be agreed before work begins.
Bespoke or personalised items created to a customer's specifications cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because the customer has changed their mind once work has commenced.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Any deposit and cancellation arrangements specific to a commission will be communicated and agreed before work begins.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable taxes will be displayed where required.
Shipping charges are additional unless the product listing specifically states that delivery is included. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed or calculated during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an online shop order is processed.
For bespoke commissions, separate payment arrangements, including deposits and staged payments, may be agreed in writing.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking that their delivery information is complete and accurate before submitting an order. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact E. Cuadros Artist as soon as possible.
E. Cuadros Artist cannot guarantee that an address entered by a customer has been independently verified by the website's checkout system.
Where an order has not yet been dispatched, reasonable efforts will be made to correct an address following notification from the customer.
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery service is specifically stated.
Prints fulfilled by third-party production partners may have different production and delivery times from original artworks and may arrive separately.
7. International Orders
International customers are responsible for checking whether any customs duties, import VAT, taxes or other charges apply in their destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery times may be affected by customs procedures outside the control of E. Cuadros Artist.
8. Cancellations & Returns
For eligible products purchased online, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
If you wish to cancel and return an eligible purchase, please contact E. Cuadros Artist within 14 days of receiving it.
After notifying us of your decision to cancel, the item must be returned within the applicable legal return period.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Returned artwork must be handled with reasonable care and securely packaged for its return journey. We strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service when returning original artwork.
Where a valid cancellation applies, the purchase price and applicable standard outbound delivery charge will be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights. Additional amounts paid for an enhanced or premium delivery service are not necessarily refundable.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
9. Bespoke & Personalised Items
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
This may include individually commissioned paintings, personalised illustrations, bespoke hand-painted jackets and other artwork specifically created according to an individual customer's instructions.
This exception does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
10. Damaged or Faulty Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If an artwork or product arrives damaged, please contact E. Cuadros Artist as soon as possible and provide:
your order number;
photographs of the damaged item;
photographs of the packaging; and
a brief description of the problem.
Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as photographs or inspection of the packaging may be required for a courier or insurance claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.
11. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact E. Cuadros Artist.
Where tracking is available, this will be used to investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider.
Please allow reasonable time for courier investigations to be completed.
12. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Purchasing an original artwork, print or other physical product transfers ownership of that physical item only.
Copyright and all reproduction, licensing and intellectual property rights in the artwork remain with E. Cuadros unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.
Purchasing an artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, publish, commercially exploit, manufacture reproductions of, or otherwise use the artwork for commercial purposes.
Images of E. Cuadros artworks displayed on this website and associated promotional materials remain protected by copyright.
E. Cuadros retains the right to create and sell reproductions or prints of an original artwork unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Commercial clients requiring reproduction or licensing rights should contact E. Cuadros Artist to agree the appropriate licence.
13. Commercial Illustration & Licensing
Commercial illustration commissions may involve separate usage, reproduction or licensing rights.
Unless copyright is expressly assigned in a written agreement, copyright remains with E. Cuadros.
The permitted usage, duration, territory, media and any exclusivity arrangements will be agreed separately for commercial projects where applicable.
14. Artwork Care
Customers are responsible for the appropriate care of purchased artwork after delivery.
Original artwork should generally be protected from excessive moisture, extreme temperatures and prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight.
Specific care information may accompany an original artwork where appropriate.
E. Cuadros Artist cannot be responsible for deterioration or damage resulting from inappropriate handling, storage, installation or environmental conditions after delivery.
15. Privacy
Personal information provided when placing an order or making an enquiry will be processed in accordance with the E. Cuadros Artist Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection requirements.

16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may occasionally be updated.
The terms applicable to your purchase will be those in effect when your order is placed.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you.
